We offer many different types of hardware, software, and networking
solutions to fit your needs. Listed below are our standard rates for our
most common services: In-House Labor Rates:
Bench Labor (per hour) $35
Computer Tune-UP (removes viruses/spyware) $75*
Operating system wipe and reload (with customer media) $75**
We also stock many parts to fix whatever problems might
arise, and if we don't have it, we can usually have it here in 2-5
business days, and in certain cases, overnight.
On-Site Labor Rates:
Standard on-site labor rate of $60/hr, min 1hr.
Special Rates:
Bob Welsh Computers also offers customized by-the-job quotes to fit
the specific needs of each individual customer. We also specialize in
tailor-made support contracts
with varying labor hours as well as response times. If you have any

Web Hosting and Email:
We offer various packages and options to give you the best solution

Internet:
We do not provide internet services directly. However, we can refer
you to one of several local ISPs to meet your specific needs. For
broadband services, we can partner with Citizens Cooperative Telephone
or Stratus Direct to meet your large or small needs. For dial-up
services, we can refer you to one of several locally owned ISPs who will
deliver to you reliable service and support.
* While every attempt to do a timely and orderly
Tune-UP of your system will be made, in some cases the infection by
malicious programs is such that in order to defer costs involved, an
operating system reload is necessary.
** Must provide legal copies of all software to be re-installed. If you
need legal copies of your media, Bob Welsh Computers will be glad to
show you how to obtain these licensed versions. When possible, your My Documents, Emails, Address Book, and anything
else specified at time of consultation will be saved. While we make
every attempt possible to save your data, We (Bob Welsh Computers)
cannot be held responsible for data that is lost or unable to be retrieved. |
